Deep Learning Research Engineer
You'll design the architectures at the centre of each project: studying a client's data, proposing models whose structure fits it, and showing with careful experiments that they beat strong baselines.

What you'll do
- Analyse new datasets and turn their structure into architectural choices
- Design, train and compare candidate models against pretrained baselines
- Run experiments that are rigorous enough to defend to clients and reviewers
- Write up methods and results, for clients and, where possible, for publication
What we're looking for
- Deep knowledge of modern architectures and why they work
- Hands-on experience training deep networks in PyTorch or JAX
- Good judgement about which experiments are worth running
- Clear technical writing
Nice to have
- A PhD or publications in machine learning or an applied field
- Experience with time series, imaging, graphs or scientific data
